On Monday night. we went to a play called "The 39 Steps" as a class. I had NO idea what to expect... It turns out, it is a satire on the novel of which an Alfred Hitchcock movie is based. There were literally dozens and dozens of characters in the play, all played by FOUR actors. They were constantly running around the stage, switching costumes and accents for their different characters as the show progressed. It was one of the funniest things I've ever seen; I laughed for two hours straight.
At the end of the play, they shot bubble foam into the audience, and we came out of the (very old) theatre just so high on life and London. Here are some of the pics we took after the play in Piccadilly Circus.
