Polperro

On Wednesday, we loaded on a coach at 6:45 am and began our 5 hour drive to Southern England. Our first destination was a gorgeous fishing village called Polperro. We had a few hours to walk through the village and marvel at the little white houses and shops squeezed in every nook and cranny on either side of the cobblestone streets. The harbor was full of boats, and we hiked up to some cliffs over-looking the ocean. Then we headed back to get some lunch: Cornish pasties, Cornish ice cream, and then a fruit scone with Cornish clotted cream and jam. When in Cornwall! I loved it all. (Food and geography.)
